Hello and thank you for your interest in Strategic Alliance Staffing! We are looking for several 1st shift Assemblers to join our team at a local manufacturer. 1st shift schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (4x10) with optional OT on Fridays.

Job Summary: Daily tasks for Assembler include utilizing a keen attention to detail to assemble small parts accurately to the highest degree of quality control.

Job Type: Temp to Perm Benefits
After 480 working hours with SAS you can be converted to a Full Time Employee by our client. Once converted our client offers 401k package, pay increase, health, vision, dental and life insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Must have keen attention to detail, and must be willing to work with small parts using tweezers.
• Assemble components according to specifications ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Other assembler roles and responsibilities include testing units of every box for quality assurance
• Package finished products securely for shipment, following all safety and quality protocols.
• Drug test, and criminal background check required

Shift & Pay: Full Time

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm (4x10 days)
• 1st Shift: Warehouse Associate $16.00-$17.00
• Ability to work overtime, beyond regular schedule, to complete work assignments as required. (Most often overtime is voluntary)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
