We’re looking for a highly capable Business Operations Associate, Europe to join the Business Operations team and support the management of high profile change initiatives from design through implementation.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Finance & Business Operations, Europe, our Business Operations Associate will support key programs in Europe. They will support high priority, high velocity projects from start to finish. They will support the scoping of initiatives, project plans and operating rhythms, and partake in stakeholder groups to execute upon these priorities.
This role is ideal for someone with 2 years experience in; project management, analytics, finance and/or logistics (operations and/or commercial), and interested in leading complex initiatives in the future. They will support important region initiatives related to strategic planning, operating rhythms and process improvement along with direct project support for company priorities.
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive cross functional projects with little direction. It’s an exciting opportunity to contribute to company growth and corporate strategy.
