This individual will partner closely with our Strategy, Operations, Finance and Clinical functions to support decision-making across the CareVet leadership team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in management consulting and/or analytics, collaborates well within a team, communicates clearly, is data-driven, and is eager to join a growing organization.Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Create and maintain basic financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute expertise to help shape the long-term direction of the organization.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and contribute to special projects as needed to address evolving business needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- 3 years in management consulting, strategic planning or as a business analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including financial analysis, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
