Program Manager Strategic Ambulatory Development

    Expected pay for this position is $47.19 - $55.52/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Strategic Ambulatory Development Manager develops financial, market assessments and project plans that assist with deploying strategic initiatives, which are crucial to future growth and success of the OSF Multi-Specialty Services (OSF MSS). Works closely with Ministry-wide executive leadership to provide direction and completion of complex financial, economic, and operational analyses for strategic ambulatory development opportunities. This position will provide OSF MSS well-researched tactical strategies that can be executed on and has the ability to lead these efforts to implementation.

     

    *Will require mandatory travel to OSF facilities*


    Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience: 2 years of project management related work.
    • 3 years' experience in healthcare

     

    Other skills/knowledge:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Healthcare Administration
    • Previous Management experience
    • Working knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
    • Working knowledge of legal and governmental or accreditation agency requirements
    • Exposure and/or training in 6 sigma, lean and or other PI methodologies
