Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC is seeking Recruitment Sourcing Specialists in to support our Nationwide Team.

Office locations could be in Los Alamos, NM; Richland, WA; Aiken, SC; Carlsbad, NM or Oak Ridge, TN

This position is an opportunity for professional development and growth in a DOE subcontractor office. The right candidate will be organized, flexible, able to manage confidential information, proactive, possess a strong desire to learn, eager to be a part of and support the team, and have the ability and disposition to multi-task with constant interruptions.

This is a full time position with the following job scope:

Responsibilities include:

• Source and identify qualified candidates using internal and external resources, including job boards, our companywide internal database, job fairs, personal network, etc.
• Contact passive and active job seekers via phone, email, social media and other means to discuss potential job opportunities
• Maintain up to date candidate database
• Conduct market research and provide input on recruitment and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective candidates, clients and partners
• Generate and present recruitment activity reports

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of general business practices
• Demonstrate time management skills and ability to handle high volume work load with changing priorities
• Ability to understand technical requirements of various jobs throughout the DOE and nuclear industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 years’ experience recruiting or sourcing experience preferred
• A dynamic personality is a plus
