The coach we’re looking for will coach both sports performance groups, adult functional groups as well as 1 on 1 private training sessions.
Job Requirements:
Experience required in the health and fitness and/or S&C Industry.
Flexibility with schedule and availability in afternoon/evenings is required. Weekends as needed.
Must have an outgoing personality and be passionate about coaching with a professional and positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and committed to learning.
Understanding of the Functional Movement Screen, Joint by Joint Approach, and Functional Training preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Coach groups with high energy and professionalism, as well as design and implement appropriate training programs for clients and athletes for both 1 on 1 and group settings.
Help with content creation for social media and marketing outlets.
Help to keep facility clean and orderly.
Be a positive role model for young athletes.
This position is part time with approximately 8-12 hours available to start but can grow into full time position with the right candidate.
