STRUCTURAL is looking to hire Concrete Laborers to join our office in the Hartford, CT area.

Candidates:

• Must be willing to travel to and from jobsites across the CT area
• Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsites
• Must be team, solution, and safety oriented
• Should have 2 years of experience but we will train!

Construction duties include:

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Concrete strengthening
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Caulking
• Expansion joints
• Coating application
• Carbon Fiber installation

Earn up to $28 per hour depending on level of experience.

Responsibilities Include:

- Assist with the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects
- Perform tasks such as leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete work, such as power tools and heavy machinery
- Assist with the installation of concrete forms and reinforcing materials
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Experience:
- Previous experience in concrete work or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of drywall, tile laying, carpentry, stucco, or trim carpentry is a plus
- Familiarity with concrete pumping or heavy equipment operation is beneficial
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment commonly used in concrete work

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
