CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an Assembler in Franklin, MA!

The purpose of this position is to assemble quality surgical Instruments while adhering to prescribed standards. Able to polish/deburr instruments and make adjustments to most components.

Responsibilities:

• Able to assemble most mechanical components while following prescribed assembly techniques and within assigned time standards and quality standards.
• Able to polish/finish exterior of instrument
• Able to make adjustments to instrument to ensure that it is working properly.
• Deburring.
• Able to QC work of self and others.
• Aware of practices and processes utilizing current management tools

Requirements:

• Good hand eye coordination
• Experience using microscopes with tweezers for assembling tiny components as small as grain of sand/rice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sit for extended period of time.
