What you will bring to the table:  

• Accredited Professional Degree in relevant engineering field, or equivalent qualifications
• Professional Engineering license with broad based experience in Structural Engineering
• A desire to expand the technical expertise of our team and mentor junior staff
• A passion for knowledge transfer, work sharing, and standards development 
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Have proficiency in a variety of software applications to include: RAM, Revit, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office

As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will…  

• Have an opportunity to work on projects in a range of markets, including healthcare, retail, commercial, education, residential, and infrastructure
• Lead Structural Design efforts while working integrally with our team of experienced design professionals
• Have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert within a larger team of Structural Engineers as well as other engineering and design disciplines

The majority of the time a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist and reach. On occasion individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.  

Compensation  

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000 to $107,000 and is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.  

Actual pay will be determined based on your years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
