Structural Steel Welder  (1679518)    $20-25 per hour

Daily Workflow:

» Perform MIG welding on structural steel components, ensuring proper fusion and adherence to welding codes and standards in the construction of shelters

» Cuts steel channel and tubes and welds custom skids and frames per engineering drawings

» Accurately measure and cut light gauge steel components according to project specifications

» Perform accurate measurements, cutting, bending, and assembly of steel framing members using appropriate tools and equipment.

We’re Seeking (skills, education and screenings):

» Current AWS Certification (preferred)

» Experience in light gauge steel framing or cold-formed steel construction a plus

» Must have structural MIG welding experience

» Able to read, understand and follow engineering drawings and blueprints

» Comfortable lifting, bending and other repetitive physical motions.

» Must pass drug test (THC ok) 

Schedule:

» Monday-Thursday; 6am to 4:30pm (Fridays optional for 6 hours overtime)
