Construction Worker/General Laborer

Yellowstone Structural Systems (YSS), a Veteran owned regional leader in the foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete leveling industry, is looking for construction workers/general laborers to join our growing team. As a General Laborer, you will be on a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality products and repairs and provide the customer with a remarkable experience. You will work on one of these teams: Waterproofing, Structural, Concrete Coatings, Poly or Geo-Con.

What We Would Provide You:

• Four-day work weeks M-Th
• Paid time off (2 weeks off in the first year) and 6 paid holidays
• Year-round work
• A solid pay ($24-$30 DOE) and benefits package
• $500 Sign on Bonus and $1000 Retention bonus (1 year)

What We Need for this Role:

• Must reside in or near Belgrade/Bozeman Montana or be actively relocating within 30 days.
• Construction experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required
  
• Must have a valid driver’s license (required) and a safe driving record
• Ability to travel and work away from home (up to 75%)
• Unrestricted lifting ability and ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
