Activities director for Apple Creek Health and Rehab. Looking for energetic and creative individual to provide activities to our residents. The individual will need to be self-motivated and creative. Job duties include creating activities calendar and over seeing all activities. Documentation into medical records of participation in activities, providing one/one activities when needed. Individual will participate in residents care plans and need to be diligent with documentation. This is a very rewarding position working with our wonderful residents. Experience preferred.
