We're seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic activities assistant to lead daily planned activities for our residents. In this role, you'll receive guidance and support from our Activity Supervisor. CNA license is required.
**Responsibilities:**
As an Activities Aide, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Activity Director to implement the activities program.
- Following the current activities schedule as directed.
- Providing one-on-one activities for bed-bound residents.
- Assisting residents with distributing and engaging in craft activities.
- Completing necessary forms, reports, and progress notes accurately.
- Identifying and addressing residents' spiritual, social, recreational, and emotional needs through routine interactions.
**Requirements:**
To succeed as an Activities Assistant, you should have:
- A warm and caring personality.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- CNA license
