Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Related experience in a financial institution
• Lending experience is preferred.

Employee Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for assisting with marketing and business development in the local community and surrounding areas.
• Responsible for new member recruitment.
• Responsible for meeting branch goals for membership and loan growth.
• Supervises workflow of daily operations and assists with work scheduling.
• Directly supervises branch employees and ensures that the employees are well-trained in all areas of their jobs.
• Apply policies and procedures set for the branch. Ensures that the branch is in compliance with regulations and procedures set forth by the credit union and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor branch activity, including a number of transactions, new accounts, and other activity as directed.
• Ensures members are promptly and professionally served.
• Solve problems and make decisions independently within established policies and guidelines.
• Perform duties in branch positions as needed.
• Approve checks that exceed the limits set for the head teller.
• Ensure that all branch transactions are balanced at the close of each day.
• Maintains proper cash controls. Perform teller and vault cash audits.
• Assist the lending department as instructed by the Chief Lending Officer.
• Represent the credit union in branch networking opportunities.
• Seek ways to improve branch operations and productivity and meet established goals.
• Open and close the building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
