About the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage marketing and promotions calendar
• Manage social media content platform and execute end-to-end campaigns
• Manage digital sales funnel and digital content management system (CMS)
• Work with outsourced creatives such as copywriters and designers
• Collaborate with the team to create content and develop marketing strategies based on member and community pain points
• Take risks and be willing to test new tactics to see what works
• Educate and tell stories about the brand and the member’s journey

Requirements:

• Passion for marketing technology and building marketing systems and workflows
• 4 years of related experience in managing marketing and promotions calendars, social media content platforms, end-to-end campaign execution and management, digital sales funnels, and CMS like Constant Contact, HubSpot, or Mail Chimp
• 3 years working in a Credit Union
• Experience managing outsourced creatives such as copywriters and designers
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to teach others about brand, storytelling, and educating
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Positive and outgoing attitude, ready to take risks and test new tactics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $83,169.00 - $103,962.00 per year
