Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Process Per Capita reports
- Provide administrative support to executives as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Experience with payroll processing
- Excellent schedule management abilities
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in office management or related roles (preferred)
- Exceptional calendar management skills
