• Beauty/salon and/or Booker/Zenoti experience are both a big plus. Ability to ensure scheduling is constantly updated, accurate and optimized. Very detailed oriented to ensure all appointments are booked correctly for a seamless experience for both Mano team and all clients and guests.
• Experience working in Hotel Concierge/Hospitality a big plus
• She/He should embody a brand ambassador role, provide excellent customer service, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Very strong written and verbal communication a must.
• Passionate about delivering a first-of-its-kind, elevated service experience that’s warm and lovely, while also staying extremely organized.
• Polished and professional appearance
• Basic math is required
• General housekeeping/studio upkeep/light cleaning is required for opening and closing procedures
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Evening and some weekend availability required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
