Subrogation Supervisor supervises the activities of the department which processes subrogation claims, such as duplicate coverage, workers' compensation, and no-fault claims according to established standards and schedules. Develops and maintains efficient other party liability and coordination of benefits systems. Being a Subrogation Supervisor may be responsible for hiring, training, and firing staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Subrogation Supervisor typically reports to the head of a unit/department. Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
• Makes sure premises are secured at all times
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
