Subrogation Supervisor jobs in Spartanburg, SC

Blue Diamond Industries is in search of a Supervisor for its Clinton, SC location. This role is a full-time, permanent position that will oversee daily operation of assigned shift while adhering to Blue Diamonds policies and procedures. This position is for our 2nd shift position. Bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all employees on assigned shift.
• Ensure that all lines are adequately manned and that employees are performing their jobs safely and correctly.
• Responsible for making sure that all employees take assigned breaks and lunches.
• Complete necessary paperwork and turn in as instructed.
• Work with Team Lead to ensure that they have what they need to run their lines.
• Make sure that plant is kept clean of debris and orderly and keep eye out for potential safety hazards.
• Clearly understand and follow safety protocol while ensuring team does the same.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Specifications Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
• Good people skills.

Physical Requirements, with or without accommodation:

• Regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of times during a shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift, push and pull 50-100 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a factory setting.
