    Job Title: Group Facilitator

    Salary Range: $25.00 to $35.00 Per Hour

    Supervises: n/a

    Report To: Clinical Director

    Position Summary: Group Facilitator will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to run effective clinical programming regarding the recovery process of alcoholism and drug addiction.

    Schedule- can work any or all of the following:Tuesday 10am-2pm, Wednesdays 5:30pm-9pm, Thursday 10:30am-1:30 PM, Intermittent Tuesday and Thursday evening shifts, and additional opportunities for evening and daytime group coverage when staff call out. Availability can be for individual or multiple of the shifts listed.

    Competencies:

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Complete clinical group for patients, CBT, DBT, Psycho education, coping skills, creative arts, relapse prevention, and other clinical modalities.
    • Document group notes in Electronic Health Record in a clear, concise, timely manner.
    • Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
    • Respond positively to changing situations in the work setting.
    • Work as a team member, perform in a professional manner and role model a positive image of mental health and substance use treatment.
    • Complies with company policies and procedure and local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Interact appropriately with patients, showing them respect while maintaining boundaries, always maintain professional demeanor.
    • Exercise sound professional judgment and seek assistance as necessary to effectively manage patient behavior.
    • Protect the privacy of all patient information in accordance with privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principle of professionalism as a health care provider.
    • Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding policies and procedures on patient privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
    • Performs other duties assigned.

    Education and Licensure:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as: Psychology, Counseling Psychology or Social Work
    • Experience running clinical groups in a treatment setting (1-2 years)

    Job Type: Part-time

    Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (adjusted base on level of education and years of experience

    • Group Facilitator - Substance abuse: 1-2 years (required)

    Shift availability: Days and evenings

    • Daytime shift: 4 hours (2 groups); Evening shift 3 hours (1 group)

    Work Location: One location

    Job Type: Contract

    Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
