About the Position: The Executive Director for the Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) located in Vinita, OK will develop & implement all phases of management, administrative & clinical policies & procedures for the operation of a large inpatient forensic behavioral health facility. OFC has approximately 268 inpatient beds, housing persons who have been found incompetent for adjudication or adjudicated as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. In addition, OFC provides outpatient evaluations of adjudicative competency for 14 counties. In addition, this position will oversee the expansion of the facility to meet the demands of inpatient competency restoration.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree or other advanced graduate degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related administrative, legal, or behavioral health field
- AND five years administrative experience in mental health services to include program oversight and development or administrative experience within a mental health facility
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference may be given to candidates holding licensure in a qualified behavioral health field.

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
