Job Definition:
The Supplier Relationship Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategies associated within BDI’s supply chain. This includes collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, negotiating on behalf of BDI for reduced total cost of ownership, not limited to pricing, terms and conditions, rebates, discounts, and supplier selection.
Works with the Vice President of Supply Chain and other key department heads including planning and sourcing to execute and optimize supplier base quality performance, managing a team of supplier development professionals through the utilization of policies, procedures and tools ensuring alignment to our business and customer requirements
