In this highly visible role, we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in Procurement as a supplier relationship management expert to drive results. You will evaluate and implement procedures, and strategies, overseeing supplier relationship management. The role requires frequent and extensive collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, especially the Procurement Category Leaders across divisions, and ensures that suppliers’ performance, relationship trends and issues are fully accounted for with critical suppliers.
You will be part of a team, engaging with suppliers to support our strategic agenda with cross functional partners. You will lead initiatives that align with our company vision with innovation, produce measurable outcomes, and problem-solve with business stakeholders. You will be collaborating with a team of other COE experts to achieve well-defined results, while also being an effective executor yourself.
This role will report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management, Procurement COE. Domestic and international travel required, up to 10% annually on an ad hoc basis. Full-time remote opportunity is open for discussion for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management

Support ongoing and successful relationships with critical suppliers, foster collaboration on innovations, and fulfillment of contract obligations

Drives supplier accountability to deliver committed service levels, to meet CBI expectations, and to improve performance

Coach category teams in supplier relationship building with the aspiration of being the customer of choice to our critical suppliers through effective feedback communications

Facilitate strategic efforts across divisions and ensure CBI has one “voice” to suppliers

Collaborate with Insights & Data Team to Improve performance scorecard and manage on-going continuous improvement initiatives. Track and report value creation that meet organizations’ needs

Build strong supplier relationships and partner with executive stakeholders to ensure satisfactory supplier service delivery and consistency in SRM process across divisions/categories
Supplier Risk Management

Support vendor risk management program efforts and be knowledgeable in technology platforms for risk profiling, due diligence, as well as ongoing monitoring to build program effectiveness

Encourage and provide clarity to processes that deliver an efficient and effective end-to-end supplier risk program and user experience

Be an active champion and liaison across the company in collaboration with Enterprise Risk Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other firm functions engaging Procurement activities
Supplier Lifecycle Management
Supports broader supplier lifecycle management processes at the global level and provides feedback on the effectiveness of established policy and procedure manuals to streamline process, where possible, through automation, digitization, and standardization. The scope includes but not limited to supplier set-up/approval, supplier risk profiling & assessment, supplier segmentation, supplier development and performance management, onboarding/offboarding, …etc.
Requirements

Must have experience in developing supplier relationship management strategy

5 years of Procurement and/or supplier management experience

2 years of change management experience, managing cross-functional projects or substantial change initiatives

Collaborator that enjoys collaboration

Ability to comprehend stakeholder needs effectively, communicate development plans, and track progress milestones

The salary range for this role is:
$92,500.00 - $141,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
