Supply Chain Analyst

Job Purpose:

To use high level analytical skills to support the development and enhancement of Sanmina Manchester’s Supply Chain.

Nature of Duties:

• Uses a variety of tools and systems, which may include Oracle, eComprass, APS, VMI, ICON, COPICS, e-warehouse and Webplanner. The ability to become proficient in these company software tools is a must.
• Requires extensive analysis of data, i.e., comparing forecast to supplier commitment schedule and providing gap analysis to ensure parts availability for large customers/projects. May also include analyzing customer proposals for accuracy of pricing and delivery information.
• Implementation and improvement of supply programs and conducting analysis to determine eligibility for said programs. This will include communicating and training others on any new programs or addendums to current programs.
• May perform analysis of reports and data and present recommendations to Senior Management.
• Captures and analyzes data to provide metrics in accordance with corporate standards.
• Will be expected to pull data from abstract sources to create ad-hoc reports

Education, experience & skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
• 5 years experience working as an Analyst, preferably Supply Chain in a manufacturing environment.
• MUST have excellent Excel skills including the ability to perform V-lookup and creating macros.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
