Supply Chain Director directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods. SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Director is responsible for overseeing our supply chain and logistics operations including forecasting, demand planning and procurement, as well as inbound and outbound transportation and export control in order to endure timely, cost-effective and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

This position supervises all warehouse operations in all locations as well as Procurement and Logistics. Supervisory responsibilities include scheduling, performance management, employee relations and functional job training.

Education and/or Experience
This position requires at least 10 years of varied experience in the following areas; managing supply chain operations, logistics and vendors; developing and implementing supply chain planning processes; leading high performing functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required in either Purchasing and Supply Chain, Materials Management or a similar field.
Language Skills
The ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing is essential. Reports, email correspondence, schedules, are all typical requirements of this position and must be effectively and professionally communicated.
Mathematical Skills
Strong mathematical skills are required.
Reasoning Ability
The incumbent must be able to manage through complexity to identify solutions and deliver results. Must be able to solve both practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of factors.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid driver’s license is required.
TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT
This position uses a computer extensively with demonstrated abilities in the use of Microsoft products as well as other common office type equipment. Experience with SAP S4 Hana or equivalent supply chain management software is desired.
