You will have a major impact on our production and distribution operations in this position by sourcing finished goods and raw materials from both domestic and foreign vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure competitive costs and quality levels while following to delivery dates and corporate regulations by procuring raw materials and finished items based on production schedules and inventory levels.
• As needed, expedite delivery and follow up on purchase orders to ensure that materials are received on time.
• Provide quotes in accordance with organizational requirements for purchased goods and raw materials.
• Look into and fix production and quality concerns relating to vendors, making sure everything runs well.
• Avoid unnecessary rises in prices, notify executives about upcoming alterations, and only accept reasonable modifications.
• Uphold solid connections with current and prospective suppliers via constant involvement and efficient communication.
• Carry out extra responsibilities and project work as allocated, adjusting for alterations in the business environment or the absence of team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Proficiency in MRP (Materials Resource Planning) principles.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and vendor management.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
