The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the supply chain planning including production, transfers, and imports planning of cementitious products. The role will also be involved in mode of transportation optimization and analysis including vessel, rail and truck scheduling for the region accordingly to S&OP plan to better serve our customers.

• Run daily, weekly, and monthly statistical models to provide as an input to the supply optimization model
• Maintain, test, and improve statistical forecasting of cementitious model to continuously improve accuracy and modes of transportation optimization
• Support on planning of cementitious products imports
• Support of S&OP process, contributing to the maintenance and implementation of the tool that allows visibility to vessel arrivals and its cost
• Assists on the preparation of S&OP and monthly business review presentations focusing on Supply Plan and Imports
• Support Regional Supply Chain budgeting process and terminal cost and freight control against established budget
• Analyze market trends and segment demand fluctuations within the region to improve weekly demand and supply planning model
• Responsible for the reporting of supply KPI's to the Regional Supply Chain and Planning
• Generate on-demand "What-If" scenarios to analyze costs differences

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field of study from an accredited college/university. Emphasis in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong systems aptitude and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Excel
  

• Strong analytical/math-based skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of MS Office with advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Access, SAP BI/BW, SAP IBP or other external data systems preferred
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting and forecasting methodology preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform (Sharepoint, Teams)
  

• Capable to work extended hours as needed
• Capable of working in an open concept office environment

• Requires stationary position, traverse, move, transport, and the ability to significant degree to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position
• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with employees and other individuals as well as function safely within an office environment and, on occasion, may visit industrial plant locations
