Key Responsibilities:-
Procure raw materials and finished goods based on production schedules and inventory levels, ensuring competitive costs and quality levels while adhering to delivery schedules and company policies.
- Expedite delivery and follow up on purchase orders as required, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
- Submit quotes for raw materials and purchased items in line with organizational needs.
- Investigate and resolve vendor-related production and quality issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Resist unnecessary price increases, notifying management of impending changes and accepting only justified adjustments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors through effective communication and ongoing engagement.
- Undertake additional duties and project work as assigned, adapting to changes in business conditions or the absence of team members.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in MRP (Materials Resource Planning) principles.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and vendor management.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
