Oversees overall contract management in supply chain from entry into system, monitoring and advisement on critical dates. Responsible for the integrity of and managing reconciliation for consignment inventory. Functions as System Administrator for Contract Management System and recall alerts system. Assists with developing, implementing, and conducting maintenance and monitoring of supply chain contract management system. Acts as liaison between vendor, Information Systems (IS), and departmental personnel. Provides contract analysis and applies drill-down methods to verify and validate contract optimization and opportunities. Ensures utilization of contracts and to capture, and report associated savings impact. Prepares contract status and summary savings opportunity reports for Executive Supply Chain and Value Analysis Steering Committee.
