Job Summary:
The Sunsoil Production and Supply Chain Manager will be the onsite leader at our production facility and farm in Hardwick Vermont. This is an onsite role in a beautiful, rural setting in Northern VT located 30 minutes from Stowe, 1 hour from Burlington, 2 hours from Montreal and 3 hours from Boston. The P/SC Manager will be responsible for managing a small stable team to care for the facility and all production needs. Additionally, the person will take a leadership role in the supply chain management process for the company in our work internally and with external production and shipping partners. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. This person should be prepared to roll up their sleeves and participate alongside staff members in the production process as well as visualize and drive continuous improvement in our production management. Strong communication and project management skills are vital as we are small but growing company. This role reports to the COO but has direct contact with key employees at all levels and departments of the company.
