Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, and excellent communication skills. As a liaison between our warehouse, customers, and carriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You would be responsible for supporting Banneker’s day-to-day operations by managing orders to the warehouse and managing a majority of the interactions between the warehouse, other departments and the end-customers. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for allocating orders, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing workflow, and ensuring inbound and outbound truck turn times are within acceptable levels. You may also maintain dispatcher duties, working with the Shipping & Receiving Department to coordinate scheduled and non-scheduled deliveries and pick-ups for a small fleet of company trucks.
