  • Summary
    DPS Group is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain Management team based in Chandler, AZ. As the Supply Chain Specialist within DPS’ Advanced Technology Group, you will be responsible for supporting process improvement programs related to high-tech industrial construction projects on a global scale.
    Successful candidates will have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, related to Engineering and Construction, possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
    This position will be based in our Chandler, AZ office and will require the selected individual to live within a commutable distance. US based applicants only. US domestic relocation may be considered.

    Responsibilities
    • Support the Global Supply Chain team to develop and report performance metrics, root cause analysis, executive update, action needed and opportunities.
    • Work with the Global Supply Chain team to design, document, implement and measure multi-channel supply chain support models to meet business needs.
    • Serve as functional expert in process and supply chain solution design and implementation which includes but is not limited to channel operations, demand forecasting, order management, material requirement planning, purchasing, supplier management and logistics
    • Involvement in critical daily Supply Chain operations coordinating with major suppliers, customers and internal customer account managers.
    • Daily planning around product lifecycle (purchasing to delivery) using specific client systems along with integration of supplier data to ensure all KPI metrics are hit weekly.
    • Identifying cost reduction opportunities and mitigations
    • Reporting internally and externally on weekly/bi-weekly data
    • Chairing and driving all forecast review meetings both internally and externally
    • Act in analytical support function supporting the internal Supplier Account Managers. Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred with minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong MS Excel reporting and ERP system knowledge
    • Exceptional analytical and time management skills
    • Ability to think creatively and generate solutions
    • Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment – ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
    • Strong communication, both written and verbal (English), attention to detail, proven problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working in an office or construction site and may be required at times to wear specific PPE and/or cleanroom suit.
    • Must have reliable transportation, live within a commutable distance and able to provide valid work authorization for US employment.
