- Create and manage production orders.
- Supply pick lists for outbound shipments to warehouse operators.
- Create and manage purchase orders for raw and packaging materials.
- Generate bi-monthly and monthly TTB reports.
- Create and manage OBeer brands, BOMs, and items.
- Receive raw and packaging materials into OBeer assuring the correct amount and price.
- Create and manage sales orders and deliveries in OBeer.
- Inventory management of finished goods and raw and packaging materials.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.
Education and Experience:- Knowledge of brewing, packaging, warehousing, and shipping processes.
- Knowledge and experience procuring and working with brewery material suppliers.
- Brewery production experience is a plus.
- Orchestrated Beer experience is highly desired.
Skills and Abilities:- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
- Great organization skills.
- Self-starter – ability to maintain workload independently without micromanagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness and eagerness to learn.
