    Job Summary

    The Parts and Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing information, systems, and process flows surrounding the company’s inventory. This position provides specialized assistance to our customers by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to, order management, pricing, shipment, and other related activities that will support end users, service and sales associates, and management in achieving excellent customer service. This position will act as a liaison between Engineering, Customer Care managers, Accounting, and Customers to ensure all orders meet the Concentric standards.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage inventory by sourcing and ordering parts, determine pricing, and pull and ship parts.
    • Receive goods and check receipts against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
    • Prepare orders for shipment, process small parcel shipments and LTL freight shipments.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate warehouse/van inventories.
    • Support service team requests for quotes, parts, and inventory inquiries.
    • Facilitate new customer paperwork with help from accounting.
    • Purchase parts and materials to fulfill technician orders.
    • Process inventory transfer requests from technicians.
    • Process LTL freight quotes for demo, loaner, and used equipment shipments.
    • Manage order related communications with customers (both internal and external) and vendors.
    • Control warehouse inventory with processing weekly stock orders.
    • Assist the Procurement team with managing the Parts Support email box.
    • Manage service calls and purchase orders from order-to-delivery and invoicing.
    • Assist with managing accurate pricing in the system.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    · A score card that focuses on efficiency, order management, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

    · Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information. 

    · Other key metrics prescribed by Concentric Motive Power leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact. 

    Requirements

      

    · High School or GED Diploma required. Prefer an Associate Degree from an approved two-year college or university or very strong equivalent experience. 

    · Two years related experience and/or training with technical products within ERP systems.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.

    · Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.

    · Ability to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.

    · Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.

    · Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.

    · Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

    · Ability to work collaboratively with other departments toward the greater good of the organization.

    · Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

    · Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.

    · Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
