This position is located in the Kalamazoo, MI area and begins onsite with hybrid future state, requiring 3 days per week in the office and offers 2 days work from home. Responsibilities: Oversee inbound logistics activities, including transportation, customs, and service lines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize transportation routes, reduce lead times, and improve delivery performance. Monitor and track shipments, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain accurate records of inventory movement. Communicate with internal teammates status' and collaborate to drive efficiencies Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks Audit documents and invoice for accuracy and reconciliation Retrieve pertinent documents for permits and filing
