• 
  Supervise and coordinate the Supply Chain Planners driving to optimize the business processes and functions associated with the production planning organization
• Drive optimization of costs, operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction with insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Implement TOC (Theory of Constraints) methodology and utilize tools to plan production, manage stocks and minimize bottlenecks
• Create reports periodically as required for management of inventory, company and department KPIs, Plansee Group and Board requests, etc .
• Develop a centralized Material Creation Process that minimizes the resources needed but ultimately reduces the cycle time and improves the accuracy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Knowledge of MRP II and TOC methodologies as well as s trong computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Products is required
• APICS or equivalent Certification preferred , SAP experience is also desirable
• Previous management experience and de monstrated experience in planning and/or manufacturing desired
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
