In this role you'll oversee Material Supply, Inventory Management, Lead Time Management, Supplier Management, and Continuous Improvement. If you have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Leader in Supply Chain Management, take a serious look at this opportunity.

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and distribution
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field , Nice to Have
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management and procurement
- Experience with data visualization tools for analyzing supply chain data
- Solid understanding of logistics operations and transportation management
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
