This position is responsible for supporting operational tasks and projects that drive ecommerce growth, including forecasting activities associated with eCommerce customers and products. The Supply Planning Analyst creates, reviews, communicates, and maintains forecasts assigned customers or channels, incorporating business intelligence, and forecast information gathered from various data sources as well as input from revenue leads, marketing, finance, and operations. This role will support forecast activities for Amazon VC, Amazon SC, Chewy.com, and Aggregated Dropship customers. This position will be the point person for “each-pick”/drop ship forecasts, assortment needs and scorecard discussions representing the various drop ship accounts.

Job Functions:

• Use available reporting tools to review sales trends and prepare forecast data for the purpose of developing demand forecasts for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.

• eCommerce team Point of Contact for Direct Import, Drop Ship, Vendor Flex, including coordination of assortment decisions and minimum inventory levels.
• Amazon Seller Central FBA inventory management, as well as future marketplace inventory management procedures
• Identify and diagnose issues related to dropship inventory feeds and perform manual inventory entry where applicable.
• Own and maintain active assortment listing data and communicate changes with cross functional partners - supply planning, customer service, purchasing.

• Participate in syndication operations and issue resolution with select platforms (eg. Salsify) for content and reporting to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Develop reporting to assess business performance and support monthly business updates required by eCommerce team to executive leadership.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using forecast systems/tools/processes and participating in forecasting management and supply chain discussions
• Familiarity with ERP & WMS Systems
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel Proficiency (Macros/VBA skills a plus)
• Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central portals
• Experience working across shipping models (Drop Ship, Vendor Flex, Direct Import, FBM, FBA)
• Effective communication and reporting skills (verbal, written, presentation, reports).
• Reliable team player.
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally in varied settings.
• A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.

Required Education / Experience / Specific Job-related Skills

Years of Experience:

3 years of related supply chain & planning experience

2 years specific eCommerce planning / supply chain experience, Amazon a plus

Education/Training:

BA/BS college degree or its equivalent. (Finance, Supply Chain Management a plus)

Direct related experience exceeding minimum requirements above will be considered in lieu of degree
