The Manager, Supply Chain Planning ensures adherence to the master production schedule for the manufacturing facility. This role is also responsible for site planning, scheduling and WIP/FG Inventory management activities ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with cross functional and global supply chain teams on strategic initiatives and best practices.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance while maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System.

Plans and schedules activities to support the master production schedule for the site.

Supports established priorities for global supply planning that ensure product availability targets are achieved at agreed costs.

Provides site specific input and direction to the development of yearly financial planning and LRP targets.

Identifies and implements supply chain optimization projects to improve business planning and customer service.

Tracks key metrics related to the health of the organization and formulates effective improvement strategies for the area.

Leads and facilitates cross functional meetings to ensure production, quality and maintenance schedules are achieved.

Interprets and evaluates data to effectively make sound decisions.

Translates corporate goals into functional areas goals while establishing processes and systems to achieve them.

Other related job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

5 years of supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated and GxP environment.

Strong knowledge of supply chain management required.

Knowledge of inventory management required.

ERP software experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Collaborative working style.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $112,800 and $169,200/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
