Healthcare Call Center Representative
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to fill an opening with a growing Healthcare Network in The Villages, FL.
 
Daily Responsibilities for Healthcare Call Center Representative:

• This role plays a vital role in providing customer service to patients of the Healthcare organization by helping them with questions or concerns related to their care, prescriptions, appointments, etc.
• The rep will assist a high volume of patients daily and contribute to a positive experience as the voice of the organization while connecting patients to other designated medical staff as needed
• Mon-Fri, 2 shift options –
  • 8am – 4:30pm OR 8:30am – 5pm

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service experience with phone support!
• Experienced in using multiple computer software

• Healthcare experience
• Call Center experience
• 1 Year working with high-volume calls

• Up to $1000/year for continuing education expenses
• Medical, Dental, Vision

• 15 PTO Days (Increases at Year 3 & 5)

 
Pay Details: $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience) $250 sign-on bonus
