Job Description Direct recruitment and delivery of program services to 250 TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) participants. This position would be required to solely maintain grant compliance and the Annual Performance Report database to meet federal guidelines/deadlines; coordinate with ISU campus departments to ensure the success of TRIO SSS students; develop partnerships and collaborations between Student Affairs and Academic Affairs; work alongside the AVP of Access and Opportunity Programs to achieve grant objectives and overall ISU first-generation student goals. This position will supervise 2-full time advisors (Masters required), 1 full-time administrative assistant, 1 part-time AmeriCorps worker, and 25 college student employees (CPI, tutors, mentors, and front office). Maintain an advising caseload as necessary. This position includes working additional nights and weekends, and requires a clear background check, and a valid driver's license with the ability to drive state-issued vehicles to lead out-of-town grant scholarly activities. Develop strategies for determining student eligibility, methods of recruitment, and documentation and will analyze data to monitor student progress and evaluation of services.
