We are seeking administrative support in a professional atmosphere to maintain occupancy levels; comply with requirements of HUD, MSHDA, and other regulations; assist with applicant processing and perform general clerical duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Process housing applications for approval in compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Assist applicants in understanding and submitting the required documents.
• Complete credit and criminal background checks on prospective tenants.
• Maintain applicant files in accordance with HUD and CSI policies and procedures.
• Administrative and clerical functions as assigned and needed.
