Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner at the front desk.
• Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel while maintaining a courteous attitude.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks including but not limited to things such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing checks, reconciling bank accounts, and credit card processing
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support office operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in phone systems and computer literacy is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
