Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator jobs in Washington
Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator is responsible for both automated and manual surface mount manufacturing. Responsible for set-up, operation, and adjustment of SMT equipment. Being a Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator monitors and maintains equipment to meet company standards. May be responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Additionally, Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Surface Mount Tech Machine Operator may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. This company is a true industry leader that produces reliable products from engines, medical devices, and electronic countermeasure devices. For this position you will assembling electronic components with machinery that places components on the surface of a printed circuit board.
Responsibilities:
- Load component trolleys using hand-held barcode scanner
- Program and operate screen printer
- Inspect boards using a microscope
- Run SMT Pick & Place Machines
- Troubleshoot pickup and placement errors
- Operate Automated Inspection Machine
- Operate Reflow Oven and perform PRI (Post Reflow Inspection)
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a machine operator
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and drawings
- Soldering experience
- Experience with Surface-Mount Technology is a must!
Location: Lynnwood, WAShift: Mon-Fri: 5:00AM-1:00PM or Mon-Fri 1:30PM to 10:00PM
Pay: $22-$25/hour (DOE)
