Surgeon - Orthopedic jobs in Somerset, NJ
Surgeon - Orthopedic examines, diagnoses, and surgically treats musculoskeletal diseases and injuries. Performs surgical procedures to immobilize fractures by using corrective devices such as braces, pins, casts, and splints. Being a Surgeon - Orthopedic reviews patient history and confirms need for surgery. Determines which instruments and method of surgery will be most successful in achieving desired outcome. Additionally, Surgeon - Orthopedic may provide medical personnel with direction concerning patient care. May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Typically reports to a medical director. Requires a license to practice. Surgeon - Orthopedic's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Certification and/or licensing in the position's specialty is the main requirement. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

We are looking for a PART TIME/FULL TIME Physical Therapy Aide to work in our fast paced outpatient practice. We are accepting inquiries from experienced physical therapy aides, PT students, or those interested in applying to PT school. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Greeting patients
- Assist Therapists' in daily patient care
- Overseeing patients during their exercise programs as assigned by the treating PT
- Assisting in implementation and documentation of patient status under the direction of the PT
- Communicating on a regular basis with the PT as to the status, progress, and needs of the patient
- Assisting in developing and implementing new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services
- Light cleaning and general office help
Position Requirements:
- Exercise Physiology Degree a plus.
- Experience as a PT aide is a plus.
- CSCS or ATC a huge plus.
- An exercise background is a plus.
- Must be energetic, friendly, personable, and reliable.
- Must work well with patients of various age groups.
- PT students and those applying to PT school is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
