May provide in-service training as needed to address new technology in health care treatment. Provides charting in compliance with all laws and regulations. We have an immediate opening for an Customer Account Specialist/Inside Sales in the Southwest Florida area. This role will support our experienced Sales Team by seeing our customer transactions through, from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicating with customers via email, phone and walk-ins
Fielding incoming calls and making outbound calls
Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Keeping up with product and service information – updating as needed
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Working with estimating to build customer quotes
Quoting distribution and fabricated items
Emailing blueprints/drawings to external suppliers/vendors
Entering customer sales orders
Following up on Purchase Orders (internal or external)
Working with quality on continued improvements
Solving customer problems that achieve sales targets
Our ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, very organized, detail orientated, computer savvy, possess excellent communication skills and a level of comfort handling inquiries via phone and email. Our candidate is required to have a strong customer service focus and professional demeanor along with the ability to work well with a wide variety of customers and suppliers. Must be dependable and reliable.
Candidates with a bachelor’s degree is not mandatory but preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Editor, other support software, various plastic materials, prior experience working in the plastics/rubber industries or working in a job shop environment is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
