Surveillance Operator jobs in Missouri

The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing activities that occur in all gaming and non-gaming areas. They report all violations of gaming, safety, health, and policy and procedural violations that occur. 

EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS INCLUDE (Other Duties May Be Assigned) 

• Must have a thorough knowledge of slot machine games.
• Operate closed circuit television, video recording devices, and remote control devices.
• When assigned to the CCTV monitoring room, “patrol” the facility using pan, tilt, and zoom cameras and record all pertinent activity on the digital recording system. Maintain a log of events and complete incident reports as circumstances dictate.
• Use a computer, including EnduraOne, Pelco Surveillance Systems, Internet (Web-based) products, and Microsoft Office products.
• Monitor the operations conducted at automated bill breaker machines, automatic gaming voucher, and coupon redemption machines, automated jackpot payout machines, and automated teller machines.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of property policies and procedures.
• Must proactively notify management of any gaming, procedural, and policy violations.
• Must remain impartial and keep all actions and behaviors observed confidential.
• Must be able to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports.
• Assists in random team member audits.
• Comply with all Missouri Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and other local, state, or federal guidelines.
• Meet company attendance requirements.
• May be required to work weekends and holidays. 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Level II Gaming License that will be provided by Mark Twain Casino
