Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and analytical skills, with a particular emphasis in hardware and networking support, MS Office 365 administration, report writing, and data analytics. This role is essential in supporting our technical projects and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions. The Technical Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design systems, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
Hardware and Networking Support:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage and maintain the organization's networking infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and network systems to ensure security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve hardware and network-related issues in a timely manner.
MS Office Adminstration:
- Provide advanced support for MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Power Apps a plus.
- Configure and maintain MS Office 365 installations, including user access and permissions.
- Assist employees with troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Develop templates, automate workflows, and optimize the use of MS Office tools to increase productivity.
Report Writing:
- Prepare and generate accurate and detailed reports for management and various stakeholders.
- Analyze complex datasets and provide written interpretations, summaries, and recommendations based on findings.
- Ensure reports are visually compelling, well-structured, and easily understood by diverse audiences.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Data Analytics:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Preferred degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience of experience in hardware and networking support.
- Proficient in MS Office with experience in troubleshooting and administration.
- Experience in report writing, data analysis, and generating insights.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, etc.).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, NetSuite Analytics, or similar.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
