About the Role:

We are in search of a highly skilled Operations Research Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for someone who excels in understanding and optimizing complex operations, particularly in supply chain and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be adept at using data and analytics to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to improve supply chain and manufacturing processes.

• Develop and apply mathematical models and methods to solve complex operational problems.

• Analyze data using Excel and SQL to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities in the operational processes.

• Collaborate with the manufacturing and supply chain teams to implement data-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI tools to enhance analysis and forecasting in operations.

• Regularly report findings and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a rigorous discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a good explanation for why you studied Business, Economics or something else.

• Demonstrated expertise in Excel and SQL.

• Experience or strong interest in AI tools and their application in business.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proven track record in operations research, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics.

• Ambitious, intelligent, and a quick learner.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
