• Lead Data Management: Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of sustainability data to assess progress against global goals.
• Enhance Reporting Systems: Continuously improve reporting activities for timely and efficient stakeholder communication.
• Monitor Legislation: Track, report, and manage responses to sustainability-related legislation across diverse markets.
• Implement Data Solutions: Develop and support data management solutions aligned with strategic goals and client expectations.
• Drive Business Value: Identify sustainability data systems that add value through consumer satisfaction, operational improvements, environmental impact, and profitability.
• Set and Monitor Targets: Support the development and reporting of annual sustainability targets and metrics.
• Conduct Special Projects: Perform research and analysis for initiatives that advance sustainability efforts.
• Prepare Insightful Reports: Generate administrative, operational, and statistical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend Improvements: Propose changes to enhance performance and sustainability outcomes.
• Engage Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, suppliers, and NGOs to gather information and report data.
• Collaborate Globally: Work cross-functionally with worldwide business areas on sustainability activities.
• Build Relationships: Develop partnerships and participate in teams supporting sustainability goals.

What You Bring to the Table

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a focus on Sustainability.
• Industry Experience: 3 years in the food, consumer goods, or packaging industry with sustainability responsibilities.
• Sustainability Expertise: Strong understanding of global environmental legislation, technologies, and trends.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with technical environmental analysis tools and processes.
• Leadership Presence: Confidence to engage with senior client management in high-profile environments.
• Relationship Building: Proven ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated with a forward-thinking approach.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders.
• Team Experience: Experience working with multi-functional and international teams.
