About The Role
Worldly tools are at the core of how the apparel and footwear industry integrates sustainability goals and targets and reports on these, whether in sustainability reports or through transparency programs. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Education team at Worldly. You will serve as the lead resource for training and sustainability expertise for Worldly platform users and help to build and support our rapidly expanding user base.
Reporting to the Senior Education Manager, US, you will work closely with your colleagues on the Education team to build e-learning content, host webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to help customers get the most out of the platform and learn about sustainability topics. You will be a close partner to our Product and Marketing teams to communicate the value of our tools and drive our mission.
You’ll help inspire innovative solutions across our broader customer portfolio, collaborate with potential partners to enhance our educational content, and you'll bring programmatic structure to how we scale our work with others.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with other members of the Education team to develop new e-learning content, webinars, and workshops for Worldly Academy to help users maximize the value of their subscription
- Host Q&A and workshop sessions via Zoom webinars for Worldly’s global user base
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Worldly platform and related methodologies
- Support the Growth team to articulate the different functionalities and values of the Worldly platform
- Manage communication with partner organizations such as Cascale (formerly SAC) to ensure that updates to Higg Index tools are communicated to customers and education content is kept up to date
- Support continuous improvement in the operational/programmatic interface between Education, Product, Sustainability Insights, and Customer-Facing teams
- Collaborate with the Sustainability Insights team to monitor new developments in the field of sustainability in both technology and legislation
- Manage educational services for strategic customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve educational offerings and the platform
- Champion a culture of customer and partner success in which every customer or partner interaction is an opportunity to solve problems and strengthen the relationship with the customer
- Assist in translating educational content (if the candidate has language skills)
- Occasional travel for team offsites or customer trainings
We'd Like to See
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read/write/speak English fluently in a business context
- Prior experience in a team within a remote work environment required
- Knowledge of basic sustainability concepts, committed to sustainability as evidenced by your professional or life experience
- Knowledge of life cycle assessment (LCA) and/or other methodologies and tools for measuring environmental and social impact
- Comfortable hosting webinars and conduct trainings with up to 100 participants and completing associated administrative tasks
- 5-8 years experience working directly with clients to support their customer experience and business goals
- Self-starter who can take direction and structure their work independently to achieve goals
- Complex project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple customer or partner relationships simultaneously
- Experience in a technology or SaaS organization with a fast-paced growing environment, experience at a growth stage startup a plus
- Ideally working Eastern US or EU timezone, flexible to occasionally work early or late hours to accommodate global customer needs
- Fluency across a variety of technology tools including project management or customer success software, such as Microsoft Office suite of tools, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, CRMs, LMSs, etc., or similar
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity in your role. You can be scrappy when the need arises and are a committed team player.
It Helps If You Have
- Spanish or Italian language skills in a business context preferred
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working in the Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) space, supply chain management, responsible sourcing, or other related industries
- Knowledge of Higg Index tools or the Worldly platform
- Knowledge of the apparel, footwear, and textile industry
- Experience with e-learning content creation or similar to communicate complex concepts in a simple way

Compensation Information:
$70k - $90k USD (converted to local currency for EU and UK candidates)
